Swatch- Farmasi no.107

Good evening sweeties.

I prepared a swatch for a beautiful lilac.
This is a nail polish I bought a few days ago and that I really love.

I cannot say that the formula is great but for the price I paid ( close to 2$) I cannot complain. The drying time is medium(not to fast nor to long).
I got the perfect coverage after the second coat. I have to say that I was very disappointed when I saw the first coat...but then happy when saw the second one.
Another important thing is the cleaning. I didn't have any trouble and also, no stains remained.
I will show you the photos I took.

I have made 2 different swatches. The first one (you can see above) on long nails and a second one on short nails. I tried to take the photos in natural light and also with different flash settings to capture the colour better.

I absolutely LOVE this nude purple and I am eager to do a design with it.
I hope you like it.
Kisses.

I decided to add here the photos with the design I made. I hope you like it. It's the first time I did this roses.

Mom's wish.

Hello my darlings!
How are you today? I had a lazy morning...so I couldn't do much but at least I did my mom's nails.
Since my little passion started my mom has been very eager to help me get new ideas, she bought me nail polish and all sorts of nail art thingies and ofcourse she encouraged me to keep having this hobby.

Unfortunately we live in different cities so when I get home I try to make her as happy as I can. One of OUR biggest pleasures is doing our nails...well actually, me doing her nails and mine.
Today she was very happy because she found a beautiful design on the internet and she wanted me to do it.
I couldn't say no, so I accepted.
I usually don't just copy designs...but this time was different so I had to do it.

She found a gorgeous design made by CHALKBOAD NAILS (this is the blog). You can find her blog post HERE

I used her tutorial do to it:

The only thing I changed is that I used a different colour for every patch.
I'll stop with all this chatting and i'll show you what I did. My mom was very pleased about the result. That mean that she is happy...so when she's happy, I'm happy.

Ofcourse my design wasn't as good as the author's was but I am quite happy with it.
I hope you like my mani.
Have a good night ladies.

BornPrettyStore Stamping plate- review

Hello ladies!

How are you today?
After a long long time the sun came up. Unfortunately I cannot go out and enjoy the beautiful weather BUT I took the time to do this review.
I was really happy when BornPrettyStore decided to send my some products to review...especially because I got to choose them.
I'm reviewing the stamping plate I recieved along with a set of brushes(which I absolutely LOVE- I used them once and I talked about them here but I will do a proper review soon) and another stamping plate ( you can see it here).

I really like stamping( even though I am not very good at it-NOT GIVING UP) and I thought this was a good opportunity to try some designs.
This is a stamping plate with flowers. They call it "Nail Art Stamp Template Chinese Style Blue and White Porcelain Tree Flower - QA7" and you can find it HERE!! .

I don't have a favourite design on this plate. This is kind of odd but I like them all.
In comparison with my other stamping plates ( no name) these are very good. The design turns out exactly like it is on the plate.
It was really easy for me to apply them on my nails.
The base colour I used is Golden Rose Paris-no.212. (lovely blue in my opinion)
I choose this blue because the name of the plate. I thought it really looks like the traditional chinese porcelain blue. One of my best blogger-friends(from NYC) had to do a review for the exact same stamping plate. Faith or not...we choose the same colour scheme. You can check her blog post HERE
In the photo above you can see all of the design I used. I was really curious about the "french-tip" one  because I've been wanting one like that in a long time...and I was very please with it. I will use it for sure in a french manicure.( i think it's a good way to make a simple french manicure a bit more special)
As you can see on my ring finger there are 2 different colours. At first  wanted to do the design with brown but I realised that it wasn't very clear...so I changed it to white.
Even though at first I wanted to clean the nail and then apply a new basecoat I stamped the white over and fell in love with it.( If you're going for a special look you can try stamping 2-3 different colours- I really like it)

As I said before...this is a absolutely LOVELY french-tip design. ( you can also see the stamping plate's code: QA7)
This one I would use it for a "Cherry Blossom" -type manicure. The tree is really beautiful.
The doubled colour one. This is a beautiful flower I would use to create a wallpaper-like design. I love those vintage wallpapers and I think it would look very nice on the nail too.
Last but not least, the pinky. I decided to try these 2 small flowers. I think they are great. I would use it for bouquet nail design...combined with different types of flowers.

I haven't tried Konad stamping plates so I cannot compare it to those BUT...compared with the plates I have this one is amazing. I would recommend it to professionals and amateurs too.
BornPrettyStore has a large variety of stamping plates at very good prices. You can find some HERE and HERE .
I will use this stamping plate with great pleasure.

I hope you liked this review.

CUPIO review

Good evening ladies!

I recently recieved a little package from CUPIO to review.
As soon as I saw the bottles( which btw, look amazing) I knew I was going to do a galaxy design. I think the colours are perfect for this kind of design.
I am really happy about the way it turned out.
I hope you'll like it.

After I created the "galaxy" with white and added some baby blue I added this beautiful glitterish-pinky red which I think completed the design.
BUY THE NAIL POLISH HERE

After that I added one coat of this gorgeous glitter.(even if it look purple it doesn't change the colour of your design) This is lovely glitter but is not good for a whole nail coverage- it's PERFECT for adding a little glam to your simple design.

Like a little conclusion: untill now, i think these nail polishes are great. I am going to try them in different combinations. I  really like them. (especially the purple glitter)
In concluzie: pana cum, pot sa spun ca sunt super. Chiar imi plac, in special sclipiciul mov.

Stamp

Hello!!

I just got home from the country side where I spent Easter and I am really happy that I can show you some nail designs I did.
I'm not going to talk much, I will just show you the pics. Hope you like it!

I used the Sally Hansen nail polish my mom bought me ( I will post a swatch soon) and the stamping plate I recieved from BornPrettyStore ( You can also  check their page HERE  HERE  AND HERE )

The nail polishes are: Stocking Nude and Palm Treat.
Ojele se numesc: Stocking Nude si Palm Treat.
I have to say that it's the first time I used a whole-nail stamp so it's not perfect.
You can buy the STAMPING PLATE HERE .

River stone mani 2

Hello everybody!

I know that on Easter everybody buys gifts and stuff but I have a different approach on that!
A friend of my mom had this as a special request for an Easter gift. I really loved doing this mani.
I really hope you like it!

I did a small tutorial for this mani.

I cleaned the nail then applied an "optical white" basecoat for a nice milky look.
After that, I started painting the nails using a new brush I recieved BornPrettyStore (you can find the brushes Here) and using acrylic paint. I am really pleased with the quality of the brushes.
After I finished the pattern on all nails I started "filling in the blanks" using a dotter.

Add a topacot, clean and we're done!
Topcoat, curatare si manichiura e gata!

Here are the coloures I used:
What do you think about this mani? Would you wear it?
Cum vi se pare aceasta manichiura? Ati purta asa ceva? :D

Va doresc Paste fericit dragele mele! Sper sa ne auzim cat mai curand.

TPA Group Challenge: MATCH YOUR OUTFIT nails

Hello everybody.

I've been waiting for this challenge since Monday. I was so excited about it that I did it way before the deadline.
As you can guess from the title, we had to do a mani that matches an outfit.
I choose a blouse i just LOVE. I think the colours couldn't have been choosen better and neither the fabric. It's just great... When I wear it I really feel better.
Tell me what you think about the blouse first and then about the mani. Is it a match or not?
I have to tell you that I liked the mani as much as I love the blouse.

Buna seara dragele mele.
Parca abia a trecut saptamana.

What do you think? Would you wear something like this? Or is it too crowded?
Cum vi se pare? Ati purta o asemenea manichiura? Sau este prea incarcata?
